Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at TrendyIndia. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

Returns are accepted within a period of 15 calendar days starting from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personalized or customized products

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Perishable goods

  • Intimate or sanitary goods

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. You will receive the credit within 7-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer to your provided bank account details.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at manisha123t@gmail.com with photos and we will arrange for a replacement or full refund including return shipping costs.

Exchanges

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your bank or payment provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at manisha123t@gmail.com
